Shiva Intercontinental hasall the facilities available to make a customer’s visit comfortable and memorable; my room had all the basic amenities like an Air conditioner, LED, table, chairs, etc to make my experience good. The hotel staff members were also very courteous and professional in their behaviour, making the check-in process very efficient and the overall stay very gracious.

Hotels was didn't maintaing by hotel owner and staff...light are not working properly.. fans are so durty bathroom was so bad no cleaning..rooms are so so much bad..dont prefer this hotel for any body in India or other country person ....duiddiduxuxjxusdudsyus

Good Experience, The hotel is situated on the main road and has Mcdonald’s oppositeto it. The hotel reception area was big and the ambience was good. The staff member was polite and quick to do check-in formalities. The room provided was big and spacious and had a well-laid bed with all basic facilities like TV, AC, etcWifiand a landline phone. The washroom was also spacious and had all basic toiletries ***** with a working Geyser for hot and cold water.

The hotel was at a walk-in distance from the New Delhi Railway Station and easy to locate it. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and provided prompt service. The room was awesome as it was clean and had a lovely ambiance. The walls, lighting and shining floor gave a refreshing feel. The washroom was clean and equipped with well stocked toiletries. The housekeeping staff sanitized my room before I entered. All the amenities were available and functional. It was a great experience at such a price. Absolute value for money.
