The staff was very friendly. Made sure they came at midnight when ac stopped working. Good room. Bathroom has water logging. But over all ok

Stay was good, room was cleaned on everyday, breakfast options less but was reasonable, very near to karol bagh market, and the check out is free until 1:45pm, and extra 500 payable after until 4pm, which was very good for us where we wanted couple of hours of stay before we could check out.

ok. hi, was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed in florence karolbagh. the receptionist was a nice person to be spoken to and the rooms were clean and spacious. had stayed in this hotel long back and to this day they have only improved. good experience. also thanks to mmt as well for the booking experience.
