One of the best budget properties that I have stayed in . Firstly the hotel has a dream location, with such close proximity to major markets, tourist destinations , railway station and the airport. It is surrounded by a plethora of amazing eating joints, most of them being walking distance. The hotel has the most courteous staff who are just a call away and a very friendly and cooperative owner. The rooms are extremely and bathrooms clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are 5 star standards. Running hot water was always available and the internet speed was brilliant. It is 3 side open property making it very well ventilated giving a very positive vibe. All in all had a brilliant stay and my only go to place when I am in Delhi. Highly recommended!

most of the lights weren't working, no coordination between staff, no greetings, unavailability of toiletries, service was horrible. Wasn't expected this while booking from *******.com

No cleanliness and pathetic service. Even tissues were not provided and no sleepers in washroom. I won't recommend to anyone.

Hotel was really nice, I am a business traveler, hotel was clean and full sanitisation was going on, Temperature check at the reception and all staff was wearing a mask and also would definitely comeback again,Its safety standard are really good,.

Nice budget hotel, Rooms were clean and nearby good rest***ants, metro is 500 meters , likeed the location very much, They are following covid norms like temp check etc, Ramesh front office ***ager is very helpful

Good service, comfortable setting, convenient stay and non-judgmental space, Bathroom was clean and really convenient to use, I had forgotten something in the room at the time of checking out but they had kept is safely and I could get it back the next day

Have booked for 3 nights 2 rooms but on arriving the hotel rooms very dirty beds were torn and bed sheets dirty on complaining to ***ager he was very rude the staff was in no uniform and was just like daily wagers picked from streets when my brother was not ready to check in and asked for refund , mr. mintu from mmt got on confrence line with owner mr. kartik for refund ,for at least 2 nights but mr. kartik very rudely refused to listen any thing from mmt or customer was very unproffesional arrogant and rude this hotel bb palace and owner mr. kartik and ***ager mr. om prakash does not deserve to be in hospitality buisness they are cheaters i have sufeered aloss of rs. 8k so pls ever never book this hotel as they are fraud and cheaters they are black spot on hospitality industry

This is one of the most comfortable place to stay around bank street, if you have work in karol bagh then this is one of the best options. nice spacious rooms. i don't think i regret any time i've stayed here. i've been to this place couple of times and always find the room nice and relaxing, the staff is friendly and try to sereve you at the best pf their capability. If you are in karol bagh and want to stay the the centre of it then this is the best you can get. I stayed at this hotel for business purpose and never had a single regret. I'll keep on staying in bb palace
