我最欣賞這個酒店的一點是客房八十多層的高度基本已經縱向離開雅加達了，完全沒有任何交通/宗教禱告噪音，給人睡眠體驗非常好，房間內部設施比較簡單但是非常新非常現代明亮，不會有很多雅加達老五星級酒店那種經典但陳腐讓人略感壓抑的氛圍，電視音響配了立體聲，浴缸直出熱水，憑這幾點非常推薦週末staycation或短期商旅下榻。酒店配套衹有一家餐廳和一家高空酒吧，兩家餐飲共用一個高空露台，大堂也比較小且沒有大堂吧，泳池和健身房比較小，可能吃喝娛樂比較單調但是總體非常舒適，瑕不掩瑜很推薦。

Love the cleanliness of the hotel. Service tip top and the breakfast spread was good. We stayed at floor 83 and breakfast at level 90. The view is wow! Only down part is, we need to take grab to nearby mall etc thamrin city, grand plaza. Overall, for first timer like us, GREAT HOTEL! 😀

Breakfast has limited choices. I ordered avocado on toast and the portion is so small and bread was too dry and hard.

Stayed at 85th floor. Does not have to wait long for the lift. Service was very good. View was excellently. Breakfast was good. Overall..the staffs service were superb. Enjoyed my stay there.

Just returned from an incredible stay in Jakarta and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their warmth and attention to detail. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and offered stunning views of the city. Breakfast could use more variety, but everything else was outstanding. What really stood out was how genuinely attentive the team was, nothing was ever too much trouble. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and world class hospitality.

I booked the executive room with pacific lounge access. Service was warm and friendly, always eager to please. Room was smaller than I expected, comfortable however. Except for the service in breakfast that was less polished, the lounge staff were professional and efficient. I was very surprised by the thoughtful gift and numerous birthday cakes surprised me. Very sweet team!
