Mattress too old, the pillow got stain dirty never change. Toiletries the shampoo is dirty. When goto reception to complaint the staff is rude. Ask to change bedroom can't assist include trip.com can't help. Hairdryer request only needed 16 hours to get it. Breakfast is bad. The bed has bed mites.

Nice hotel good location easy access for culinary and Grand Indonesia shopping mall, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin city. Cozy room, modern minmalis and clean, friendly staff I love this hotel and will be back soon, affordable price consider with facilities and location
