The room so small and old that make me hard to walk freely and tonpray inside the room. Good part was the breakfast was so good. Will consider to come back for bigger room.

Only the breakfast spread is super. The rooms are old and dark, I was being locked out of my room because the door lock battery ran out, but I was asked to check out asap. I was there to run an event, agreed to check the event room at 9pm but nothing was prepared. Next day morning it is prepared but the coffee tea and the food spread was so limited, its not even 5 star standard. I will never go back there for events

“It is located in the Bundaran HI CBD area of Jakarta. The room is good, but it’s a bit old, especially the bathroom.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast spread is excellent.
The only ‘negative’ - the bath towels seem worn out & thin.

My overall stay was pleasant, although the room furniture are getting old and the room is small by today standards, especially compared with other Pullman properties elsewhere. Great location though 👍🏼

Awesome experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant had such a relaxing vibe. The room was clean with a nice view, and the service was fast and efficient. Housekeeping was also fast and friendly. It has definitely become my favourite hotel in Jakarta!
Unfortunately, card payment was not available for room service, which was a bit inconvenient
