The location of the hotel is really good, so easy to go any attraction tourist spots. Anyway, the hotel need to improve their cleanliness.

Location is great. Near Gondangdia station where you can take the bus or train. The room is very spacious. Just one minor downside- the bathroom floor is quite slippery. Be very careful when you use the bathroom especially for the elderly.

Overall ok, staff very friendly and always helpful whenever we need their assistance. The things that I don't like during my stay was the bad smell on the room. Got smoked smells and ants in the toilet. Toilet also very bad (old and rusty). I know this is the old hotel but it's not safe if stay with kids. The floor was very slippery and I got super dirty towel 🤢 i forgot to take pictures and how ugly it was!!! It's not only dirty but it's already torns!

The room was not clean, all the furniture was a bit dirty, the towels were smelly, the bed made me itchy.

The place is comfortable, the strategic location is worth it for 3 people, the breakfast food is delicious, it's just a shame that parking is a bit difficult but there is vallet parking

Not bad, it's just that the electric socket is far from the place. Overall good.

In the lobby there are lots of gentlemen hanging out, making it uncomfortable. If there is a power outage, the front desk looks like someone is in a daze. In the room there was a lingering smell. Not clean enough. The real room is much different from the photo.
