The staff from from desk to doorman were all very friendly. Room was acceptable but night time noise from bikes can be heard especially late night as I’m a light sleeper. Breakfast was not to my taste and saw a roach crawling through the food counter so after 1st day of breakfast I stopped going although I stayed 3n

I’m considering my self as regular guess because every time I went to Jakarta this hotel always be my only choice base on strategic location & of course the hotel cleanliness. But this time I feel it would be great if they maintain the cleanliness. Upon enter the room I realise there’s some stain on the carpet and the towel looks dirty.
And for the breakfast choice would be better if more varieties (more choice of western) since some of the guess is foreigners. And it would be better more amenities too. Thanks!
