This is a good hotel, great buffet and Bistro restaurant. Good service. It's big, so service is not so personal. Jakarta is a big city, so try to do things with Grab or taxi (always at the entrance) We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful stay. Just a 4 in service cause they say they have laundry but it’s not the self laundry so they should explain that on their Trip.com profile. All the other services are perfectly fine

Room and stay here was overall pleasant. Has a small mall in the same building with eateries and convenience store which is great. Realized I left an item behind in the room 3mins after getting into the taxi and after checkout. Quickly U-turned back and front desk staff Aurora helped me back up to the room to retrieve the left behind item.

I was quite disappointed with the service at the front desk and from the bellboy. The receptionist was not friendly or accommodating, and it took a long time to get assistance with my check-in. The bellboy also seemed unhelpful and inattentive when I asked for help with my luggage. Overall, the service felt slow and lacked hospitality
definitely not what I expected from a 4 stars hotel of this standard

Though the room appears clean but there were several defects that should be fixed before the room is rented out.
1. The hair dryer was spoiled. Asked for replacement and it didn't happen.
2. The bathroom exhaust not working. As a result the smell spilled into the room. The bathroom mirror was fogged by the hot shower.
3. The bath enclosure drainage was choked. Causing water flooding during shower.
4. The hand shower hose was broken, water jetting from the connection and splashed all over.
5. Aircon controller was malfunction and could not set the temperature properly. We were awaken with sweat all over our head in the middle of the night cos it was too hot
With above reasons overall I could only rate them 1 star out of 5.
