Me and my friends went for a 4D3N Jakarta trip and decided to stay in Ascott Kebon Kacang; and it was the best decision ever.
Everyone was super friendly. EVERYONE. The concierge, receptionist, janitor, literally everyone was so friendly and attentive. We loved going to the mall opposite of the hotel (Grand Indonesia) and we were escorted by a security guard to cross the street to the mall. We had zero complaints for the entire stay, and if I ever come back to Jakarta, I will definitely book my stay here again!

High security lovely apartment. Complete amenities feels like home. Walking distance to the Golden triangle. Highly recommended. Only setback is the breakfast menu is limited and dining place is small. Hotel Staff spoke English well. There is a spa, sauna and gym at level 1.

Location is great, center located, easy to go to Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City, breakfasy was so so, other than that everything is nice

The hotel located in a very good place near to mall and other areas. But the hotel is old enough to be called star rating hotel, the carpet has bad smell on the corridor, very few breakfast variety! Definitely will not use again!

Had an excellent stay! I emailed Aston few days before arriving, requesting for a suprise birthday decoration for my daughter birthday . And they really go above and beyond my expectations.
Front desk staff -Pingkan/Faisal.
She’s the best. Making sure our stays are all good. As per requested she inform the restaurant to prepare a birthday slice cake for my daugher. Pingkan even follow up with me.
Hotel spa is great - affordable + good service and atmosphere.
Hotel location is good. Walking distance to Thamrin City , Grand Indo /Plaza Indo.
Breakfast not for fussy eaters as they do not have a wide spread of choices.

Stayed at Ascott Jakarta with my family, and we had a pleasant experience overall. The room was comfortable and spacious for all of us, and the service throughout our stay was good. The location is excellent very convenient and close to several major malls, which made shopping and finding food easy.
The hotel also prepared a mini birthday decoration, which was a wonderful and thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The only downside was that the breakfast selection.
Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay, and I would recommend it for its great location and warm service.

We love Ascott. The prime location save our time, especially when we are on our short trip this time. They also have good spa service. Price wise, worth the money! Will def rerutn back Ascott.
