Good location but the room is too small and the street was too busy and noisy, still can smell the cigarette smell even requested non smoking room. The bathroom is too small and the water pressure and the temperature of the water were not stable, sometimes hot sometimes cold, the pressure of the water also sometimes good sometimes poor. After the technician came and try to fix but still the same. No fix hairdryer, 11pm+ reception was called and retrieved the hairdryer, and I was sleeping.

On 3rd october evening, I enter the hotel because I wanted to use the rest room in the hotel lobby. However the security officer approached me just in front of the rest room and told me that I was not allowed to use the rest room because I was not the hotel guest. I told the security officer again that I used to stay in this hotel before. Still, he didnt allow me. So finally I book a room for 1 night through trip.com and I used the toilet in the hotel lobby. Right after I used the toilet, I checked in and I asked the customer service to give me a complain form. I write a complain about the poor behaviour of the security officer. I dont use the room at all. I bought the room just because I wanted to use the public toilet and after ward write complain about that security officer. Please increase your hospitality, improve your security officer manner.

At first they gave me number 612, in which it smelled very much with mold and damp. The fact is that in the hotel all rooms with windows that cannot be opened and, accordingly, trim the room.
