Cleanliness can be improved. Stains and mould can be clearly seen in bathroom. Towels are with obvious brown stains (yes, we did asked for change, and we did not take photo of it). No bottle of water provided but they do set a drinking machine infront of the lift for guest usage. Ok for a stopover stay.

I booked for Non-smoking room but however was given smoke room. Hotel mentioned Non-smoking room is fully booked. Toilet need to improve cleaniness. Location wise was good.

This hotel I use to stay 10 years ago was very good service and staff and clean rooms but is very very very bad only local people and groups really is one star hotel 4 days they not change my room I am asking them every single day please don’t go if they don’t want to come sick
