Room is clean and well equipped. Response to requests are fast and prompt too. The only thing is towel might be over used- the white is gone ans seems dark instead.

Location is good and also staff are friendly. Room view was good but the towels looked dirty and there was hair in the shower.
Asked for more pillows but they would only give two when I asked for more.
Breakfast was horrible.

I booked room with CITY VIEW, but they gave me room without ANY windows.
Thank god the next receptionist could change my room to another room with window/city view. But still, it wasted my time to move my stuff from one room to another.

Huge room, clean and comfortable. Booked for concert so the location is good as well. Walkable distance to Indonesia arena approx 15-20mins.
Our room was at level 46 and can see the different stadiums.

Room was spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent in particular the soto betawi. I thought I booked a room with a bathtub but bathtub wasn't there in the room we were given. I stayed at level 15 room. At night, it was kinda noisy from the roads.
