Conveniently located at Jakarta CBD, the room was spacious and clean, however the lights were a little too dim to my liking, plus the door handle to my room seems battered from heavy use. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good.

I would like to call out Mr Ramdhan, a waiter at Harris Cafe, for his excellent service. The last time when I was staying 2nites at the hotel, he remembered on the 2nd morning of my breakfast that I drank Cuppacino. He served me Cuppacino without me asking.
This morning when he saw me, he remembered and asked if I wanted a cup of Cuppacino, and he served me again!
I am truly impressed with his level of service, and applaud the hotel for this high standard. Thank you Mr Ramdhan and Harris Cafe!

i have a sentimental value for this place, since ive been here in 2013 with my dad mom and brother, now am staying with my husband. A very nice place in the center of jakarta. The view is cool. I booked the bright room which is in the corner in the upper floor. Definitely be back here again soon or later!! :)

City view nya kurang bersih dikarenakan lapisan kaca film pada jendela sudah lumer perekatnya jadi pemandangan nya blur / buram, tidak bagus untuk membuat swafoto atau video
Satu lagi yang menjadi concern saya adalah aroma saluran pembuangan air dari bath room masuk ke dalam kamar, tentunya kamar mandi beraroma tidak sedap.. aroma ini saya rasakan juga saat memasuki FX mall dari pintu lobi utama, btw saya stay di kamar 920.. ada air juga menetes dari AC nya… selebih nya semua bagus, makanan di buffet & ala carte enak, service bagus, friendly staff

Check-in at the Reception was smooth and great.
However, I believe 2 hotel lifts were down and another 3 lifts had to be manned by the staff.
This is not good. It took a long time for guests to wait for lifts
