We booked a three bedroom apartment for two nights then extended by one night when start of Ramadhan was confirmed as Tuesday 13/3 . We have stayed here before -first bad things 1) TV difficult to operate ( same as last time) 2) Shower head should be replaced 3) Had difficulty getting two more dining table chairs as were only four in apartment on arrival.
Good points 1) Apartment is bright and spacious 3011 2) Everything in kitchen works well. 3) Apartment was very clean -and the two gentlemen cleaners were friendly and helpful. 4) Breakfast is simple but is fine-same restaurant manager as before and he was very friendly and helpful. 5) Lots of security so always easy to find someone to help open door to elevators etc. 6) Apartment was very quiet and air con worked very well. 7) When booking additional night was much cheaper to book through trip.com than direct with front desk 8) Overall the apartment represents very good value for money in a central location-its old but well maintained and very clean-We will be back.

the bed was uncomfortable because the metal from the mattress came out so it hurt like a needle was stabbing. two rooms were the same. I tried to talk to the receptionist about the mattress but only said ok the technician would come but there wasn't one. I asked for a glass 3 times and the answer was waiting. 😢 Regarding the time, it says come in at two in the afternoon bqecause the room is not ready. But I asked for Sanaan's discretion to come in early, he said it was OK, but he had to pay 100k. It beats a five-star hotel. And the female receptionist is very rude and arrogant.

Normal place, good cafe, great staff, booked through the app, it turned out cheaper, checked in late at night without any problems. Met and fed, everything was great for these 💰. Thank you bye.
