The buffet meals are delicious. However, inside the hotel, the hallways, elevators, and rooms all smell like cigarette smoke. The parking lot is tight. The front desk is open 24 hours.

The room was very old, and the worst part was its outdated design. The lighting was dim, and there were two mosquitoes flying around that I couldn't catch. I stayed for four nights and was bitten every night. In a word, "miserable." The restaurants on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors all served pork chops, which I really couldn't bring myself to eat.

The hotel was not as good as I expected. The room was quite old and not very clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was noisy during the night. The Wi-Fi connection was also weak and often disconnected. The staff were not very friendly or helpful when I asked for assistance. The location was convenient, but overall, the experience was disappointing. Considering the price, I expected better service and cleaner facilities. I probably would not stay here again.

Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are very well-maintained and clean. The staff, especially at the front desk, are all friendly and pleasant. The restaurant seems to be open 24 hours; besides breakfast, I ordered the seafood nasi goreng for lunch, and it was incredibly delicious. I loved that you could access the spa and other facilities next door directly through a connecting door. At first, I didn't realize and went outside to get in (laughs). The lymphatic massage was excellent.

I wouldn't really recommend this place, except for its location. However, if you're looking for a cheap stay, it might be okay. It's a hotel converted from a shopping mall, so the rooms don't have windows. The lighting inside the room was so dim that I had to use my phone's flashlight.
