The staff was so friendly. Really enjoyed the room and the pool. There's also a great gym.
The bed was so comfortable.
The pool was outdoors so it was a bit windy and the water was cold. However pool was very clean and nice to use.
The interior of the hotel was also so beautiful ❤️

Had a wonderful stay here. The service was warm and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
I especially appreciated the attention to detail from the amenities provided to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and everything was easily accessible.
Location wise, it was very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely return again. Highly recommended!

The reception area and the lobby areas are not connected.
You need to go thru a restaurant to take the elevator.
The layout and bedroom layout is unique.
The service and all staff are very friendly and helpful.
There theme is quite dark with traditional Indonesian wood design.
The breakfast was fantastic and no line up like other hotel.
Overall the service was excellent and food was perfect.

Caca from fnb is really cheerful with her smiles, everything is superb but decoration is really a hit or miss. If there is anything I have to complain about is no one is there to open the entrance door for you mostly for a 5 star hotel… attached is the welcome drink they served

Our stay at The Orient was nothing short of perfection in every way. The beds were super comfy, spacious rooms with great views, gorgeous pool on 5F, stunning rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar, and an extensive (and delicious) breakfast buffet. On top of that, all of the workers were so warm and friendly. We could not have asked for more!

I stayed here two years ago and it was so good that I came back! Not much has changed since then, except I think the mini-bar in the room is now chargeable. The swimming pool was fantastic. It was a bit cold, so I spent a long time in the jacuzzi, but for this price, including breakfast, it was still excellent! I'll definitely go again next time.
