Great location. Walking discount to tanah abang block A and B. Great customer service. Breakfast is good, suits Malaysian taste buds. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

While we enjoyed the excellent bedding, friendly staff, and lovely lobby and surroundings,. Several issues impacted our stay across the four rooms we booked (534, 536, 634, and 636). Rooms ending in "6" had a persistent sewage smell likely due to piping issues, and cleanliness in room 536 was disappointing, with visible dust on the furniture. Additionally, the towels were quite rough, and the breakfast selection felt repetitive over our three-day stay. On a positive note, I want to extend a special thanks to Ms. Jennifer, who was incredibly helpful in sourcing kinesiology tape and delivering it to me within just a few hours.

Made my reservatio iin last minute, but thanks to Shireen who allow me to do early check in at 12PM. The hotel is pretty much new, beautifully decorated, you can see it from receptions desk. Has an indoor swimming pool that is located as a center of attention, I would say. I booked superior queen and the room is spacious. AC, hot water, hair dryer, kettle, are provided along with some sugar, tea, and instant coffee. I booked in Ramadhan and they provide suhoor which has quite much selections. The service is warm, and all smiles. The location is pretty much strategic in the heart of the city. The only minus I would say is the TV channels but you can enjoy Netflix though, so nevermind.

Strategically located at Tanah Abang walking distance to Pasar Tanah Abang..room are clean and convinient..sahur breakfast were great..front desk lady is beautiful..and help me change small note rupiah as well..buka puasa drink jahe juice very2 nice..

We stayed at Ashley Tanah Abang for 5 days and 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was modern and spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well which made our stay relaxing after a long day of shopping. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It is very close to Tanah Abang Market, just a short walking distance, which made it extremely convenient for us to spend time shopping for Raya clothes and textiles. The area is also close to other shopping places like Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The facilities such as the gym and swimming pool were also good, and the hotel overall feels modern and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and perfect for anyone who wants to shop at Tanah Abang or explore central Jakarta. We would definitely stay here again.

Great services. Nice smell when entering the lobby. Quite good breakfast menu. I enjoyed them. The room is great, clean and tidy.
