Beyond the bath towels and toilet paper, which you can request from staff, no other toiletries are provided. Luckily, I brought my own slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, and mosquito repellent, so it wasn't a big issue. The room was 18 square meters, with plenty of outlets and counter space. It was pretty quiet and clean, though there were a few mosquitoes and black bugs. They bit me, but thankfully didn't leave large, itchy welts. Even my Radar electric mosquito repellent didn't help. The upside is that there's free bottled water in the hallway. The downside is being woken up at 3 or 4 AM by the loud Muslim religious music. There are several large shopping malls nearby, and at the big roundabout, you'll find TRANJARK, Thamrin, Grand Indonesia, and Plaza of Indonesia. There's a bus stop right outside, several convenience stores nearby, and a restaurant downstairs. Both the hotel staff and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Location is great, walking distance to main attractions like Thamrin, Grand Indo & Plaza Indo. However this Urooms is so dirty. Leaking everywhere. And the smell of cigarettes is so strong in the room even i'm not smoking. This is because they allowed the tenants (got local who long stay there) to smoke in the alley between the rooms. Overall, the room is just ok, but they dont do the maintenance. The leaking in the alley / hallway make the facility dirty and looks terrible.
