Shangri-La's strongest point is that the minute you step inside, you feel at home. Staff are superbly trained to make you feel welcome and always serve with a genuine smile. Food is always big in variety and very delicious. Premises are warm and comfortable. There really isn't anything to complain about.

They have membership app which can request and order amenity and reponse was quite fast and I was very admired. Service center also whatsup to give greerting makes easy communicate.

We stayed 2 nights in the Horizon Club room. Excellent customer service, attentive to guests needs, quality toiletry items, comfortable room, enjoyable club lounge experience with tasty food, options, drinks, and friendly staff. Good fitness centre. Nice big garden with extensive pool.
