Making my reservation directly with hotel, was dealing with one person, then to supervisor?, why?, then shifted back to original agent, I guess one had to leave for appointment with tire company and the other had to go to toilet, was actually told this info as it took over 20 minutes to reserve a room for the next day.

High ceiling king suite with pull out sofa. Ample room for a couple. Pleasant friendly front desk personnel. Property currently does not serve complimentary continental breakfast in house during our stay in January. Told they cannot staff during off season. Breakfast vouchers for set menu at Ricky’s restaurant next door. Disappointed items on the menu wasn’t available. Wait time was extended, one server for entire restaurant and majority of tables were full by the time we finished around 9 am.
Hotel room was tidy, clean and quiet. The fabric sofa and matching lounge chair were both dingy, soiled. Definitely not what to expect for premium rate charged. Also the fitted bedsheet appeared used before because it was placed on reverse side. Only saw it morning before we checked out. Photo provided.

One of the cleanest we've stayed at . Staff was great very friendly and helpful . The air was fresh in the rooms . Likely to do with them using the right type of cleaners .

We stayed here while in Creston for our Granddaughter's figure skating competition. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this Hotel. We will stay here again if are back in Creston.:)

After paying through *******, I arrived at the property and I was told they didn’t have a room available for me and they tried to up sell me. When I said I didn’t want that room I was basically told I was out of luck and it would be my own problem that I would be out the $$. The lady at the front desk who claimed to be the manager was aggressive and beyond rude. I said I hope she wasn’t lying. I made some phone calls and found out she was most likely lying and about 15mn later she asked for my name and magically the room type I paid for, she had and she gave me my keys. The absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Unfortunately there was so much snow/ice on the road, I couldn’t just leave.
