We stayed here for my daughter's wedding weekend and this hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel is bright, very clean and very well maintained. Furnishings and design look new. Check in and check out went smoothly for us and our guests. We had 20+ rooms in our group and everyone was pleased with their stay. The staff, to a person was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. Special shout out to Carrie and Vaishali who handled every request thoroughly and professionally. If you have an event in Middletown, especially with out of town guests flying into BDL, this Hampton Inn is very convenient to both, as well as to the city of Hartford.
