Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya provided a comfortable and convenient stay during my visit to Seberang Jaya. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Although the dining options were limited, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya offered good value for money and I would consider staying here again.

It will be better if the front desk service staff can do the check in instead of directing customer to the machine. I understand that there will be times whereby the machine can help to reduce waiting time. However, when I reach the hotel there is no one on the queue, and I was still direct to the machine.

Overall hotel is clean and convenient to Sunway Carnival Mall (5 mins walk)
Food at the restaurant took long time to prepare at 2.40pm although there were only 2 of us there!
We requested for high floor but was allocated 3rd floor overlooking a flat "roof" with spot-lights.
