Deana was very nice and thorough. The hotel room was cute and clean. Carpet was a little damp but I know how hard it is to prepare for others to be coming in when you do a deep clean. The towels are kind of small but that’s okay too.

Service was speedy and front office was accommodating. Checked in with 6 people across three different rooms and the service went smooth and fast. Rooms and office were very clean. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will likely stay again

Front desk reception was very friendly checking in as well as checking out! The room was really clean and neat, the bed was very comfortable, housekeeping came by and asked me if I needed anything the first morning, very friendly! It was quiet and very much relaxing! I really enjoyed the stay!

This Motel is certainly showing it's age. The arms and seat of the desk chair are badly peeled. The finish on the tub has worn off. The caulking at the base of the tub was poorly done. The cap on the back of the toilet seat was missing. The Breakfast Room had a sign posted that it had been closed by the County Heslth Department And the pool was closed . I didn't bother to check th r sauna but I can imagine. All of this and they still charged full fare. After seeing the condition of the room. I went back to the desk and told the clerk I wanted a refund, she said I would have to come back in the morning. I plan to dispute this charge on my credit card. This hotel has not been newly renovated as indicated.

The internet is poor, the laundry dryer is out of order, the breakfast is non-existent, even the lobby coffee is so bad it you can not drink it (cold and bitter), they double charged me and one other person with me for our rooms, the pool is so disgusting you can't go into the room with the pool, let alone use it, the hot tub is drained, and the management here can't seem to figure out how to reverse the double charges. I could say the rooms are clean, but because so many other things at this hotel are completely dysfunctional, and they charge over $100 a night, I will never stay here again and I return to this town every year for a week. It's a Motel 6 with a Quality Inn Sign outside.

I was disgusted and ripped off. The toilet didn’t flush, shower didn’t drain, hole in the wall, bullet hole in the window, flimsy outlets, pee stains on the bed covers, nasty carpets, mold on the ceilings, random food on the floor that wasn't ours, trash and socks under my bed, the whole place smelled like a prorated potty, there were trash bags in the hallway overnight, the pool was green and the hot tub was empty, the breakfast was closed by the Heath department shutting it down, (not that I would want to eat here anyway) due to the front desk guy snoring I couldn’t complain. I would rather sleep in the Walmart down the road. Quite the adventure though. Disgusting-ness of it made my volleyball team bond thought.

The hotel is severely understaffed. There is only one person working per shift an they are doing the front desk as well as housekeeping. Understandably my room was not cleaned the best. Used towel hanging on the bathroom door and used tissue on the floor. Aside from that, the room was large and well kept. The bed was comfy and the heater worked well. The hotel is quite close to a busy freeway onramp. Rooms facing the freeway are quite noisy. Aside from the freeway, the location was decent. The hotel was close to restaurants and shoppes. The stay was OK. I've definitely been to much worse places.

The hotel staff has been very kind and helpful during my stay. The 'quality' of my room has been quite disappointing. Hole in the wall, lights out and/or need replacing. Very outdated room. No breakfast service. The keys apparently expire after 24 hours which I was not informed of until after I was locked out of my room midday of my stay. Outlets are very flimsy and all my charger ports fall out which render them useless. Toilet makes this extremely loud whining noise for a minute after flushing. I spent roughly $270 on a two night stay and I feel utterly ripped off. Again, the staff was very helpful and I don't think they have a ton of control over the state of the room.
