Hotel feels like it is new, and is very nice, with lovely views out to the water. The only minor downside is parking. There's a small lot with about 20 or 30 spaces near the building. If that lot is full, you have to park across the street, which is not a big deal in nice weather. But it might be an issue for you if have mobility challenges or in the rain and/or cold wind.

The room was immaculate. I thought we would receive toiletries such as lotion, hand soaps, shower caps etc but that was not the case. That was the only disappointment. The complimentary buffet breakfast was well stocked and delicious with a lot of breakfast variety.
The surrounding restaurants were also a pleasant surprise. the seafood we ate form one of the restaurants was the best we tasted in a long time. We will definitely come back to stay.
