Best place, quite and yet placed in a safe environment. Closer to shopping complex and great staff that is friendly. Overall it was magnificent. The luxury room gave a clear view to the property and the swimming pool.

Firstly,the communication was perfect from you guys which made checking in just as easy.Staff was friendly and the room was excellent,clean and bathroom even more welcoming.The bed was plushy👌 and I liked the idea of an extra blanket without me asking.

Booked the venue for my family, it was clean and in a pleasant environment. Though the downside was that property management did not orientate us to their amenities. They were not friendly and we felt neglected

When we came to the guest house no-one answered to doorbell or cellphone. We waited almost 10 minutes. We came all the way from Norway and we were very tired. Finally someone opened the door and we got our "room". While settling in all of a sudden we had no electricity. There was not even a candle to lit-up. Nothing! Maybe you should prepare guests because I found out that there is acctually an APP to warn you. Not even a candle or a lamp were provided in our unit.. The worst part is I new SA have loadshedding so I wrote an email upfront to ask how it will effect our stay but my email was ignored. The swimming pool was green. All and all I would never recommend this guesthouse.

I enjoyed my stay. The room I was in was tidy and comfortable. I do wish the bathroom had its own door though, otherwise every else was good and the hosts were always ready to assist when needed. The pool was actually clean which was nice also.

Booked our stay in October 2022 for December 2022. Made full payment on date of booking using booking reference number. Morning of arrival we recieved a call from owner "informing" us that we no longe have a room due to "no payment recieved" and that she has already booked other guestes into that room and is now full. Rude telephone manners. Check out was not discussed with us and we waited 20 minutes outside of office for someone to hand over the room keys to. We left it outside in the postbox as we had to leave. No friendly welcome or goodbye. Would not be using this accommodation again in future just because of owner and the way things where handled.

The reception lady was very welcoming, she made it know that should I ever need anything I should just send a text or call reception. She called me within 5 minutes after making my booking to confirm my stay and outline the logistics.”
