Don't get a massage here, not a professional service and not welcoming. The hotel rooms require some basic maintenance, lights out, cupboards not closing, TV not working 100%, microwave not working 100%

My business trip stay at the Colosseum was fantastic. Was extremely impressed with the room cleanliness. Location with easy access to Canal Walk shopping or drive downtown, waterfront and airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem I experienced was that the breakfast on Tuesday morning was cold and we had to wait for the manager to open the store room to have our eggs. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for business.

I spent a night at the Colosseum Hotel, while attending the FEDHASA Gala Dinner Awards on the 12th April. What at treat! I come from the hospitality industry - and the Colosseum ticks all the boxes! Lovely building, classy but not pretentious, spotlessly clean room, warm and welcoming staff - and one can see that going out of their way to make one feel special and welcome is their standard. I stayed in one of their suites - I felt seriously pampered! The quality of the duvet on the very large bed - is pure luxury in fluffiness and decadence! Just wish the stay had been longer - will definitely return for a longer stay!

Hotel with a beautiful location and exterior but outdated and poorly maintained on the inside. The rooms are extremely outdated, poor lighting that does not work well, toilets need a proper scrub, bathroom doors used as room doors in the 2 bed apartment. though the front desk staff have excellent service - Delano and Ronelle stood out.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel. Nous y étions déjà venus en 2019. L'établissement est excellent, les chambres sont spacieuses et sont bien nettoyées. Le personnel est très aimable et ils sont toujours là pour nous aider, les lits sont confortables et la vue depuis la chambre est magnifique. 😍 De plus, l'hôtel est situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de Canal Walk Shopping Centre. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons.
