Century City Hotel Bridgewater

Location is convenient, close to the shopping mall. The room is clean and tidy. Services considered not bad as it was efficient. However, AC is quite noisy if you turned it on to around or below 20’c, the original setting was 22-23’c which is bit warm in the day time. Amenities are very limited, you have to aak for slippers, extra towel… there is no conditioner and toothpaste etc and remember to buy or bring your own. No wardrobe and you hang your jackets/shirts above the luggage stand (like the photo).

I had an excellent stay at Century City Hotel Bridgewater. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, with easy access to Canal Walk, restaurants, and other attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travel.

Service and food was great. Staff are very professional and catered for all my needs. Room was clean and inviting on my arrival.

I was on an oncology conference for a weekend and stayed at the Century City Bridgewater Hotel. After a busy schedule, it is relaxing to walk into a clean room and just relax. Even the food at the restaurant is delicious and skillfully made. They can even deliver it as room service if you do not feel like eating in the restaurant. Friendly and very professional staff. All amenities nearby for your convenience. Laundry service. Area with pathways to run or walk downstairs.

Had to make a very large group booking for accommodation for attendees of a conference. From the first contact with reservations, it was clear these are professional people. Anschen was very helpful to answer questions, make amendments when required and update the room lists etc. Check in was super easy. Luggage was stored safely during the morning and put in the rooms before we could check in. The rooms were all very neat, clean, smelling nice and luxurious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. Renato Lardelli is doing a great job to manage this team. Well done on making my stressful task so easy and satisfying. (It was the first time I had to make such a large group booking, and it is always stressful to ensure all the people are happy.) you all made it easy! Thank you for a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Bridgewater in Century City. The host and staff were welcoming, the location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. Dining at Augusto Restaurant was a highlight with great food and a lively atmosphere. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay and offers great value for money.
