Very friendly & helpful staff. Hotel is average and is cheap and cheerful. In a remote location but I saved myself £500 by booking this hotel rather than in Barcelona city and just took an Uber into the city everyday which was cheap. There is a bus stop outside the hotel too

Very good hotel 40 minutes by transport from Barcelona. Personally we took bus line A4 to the terminus, counting 20 to 30 minutes where there is metro line 1 which takes you directly to the center of the city. Regarding the rooms, clean and spacious, there is nothing to say. The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom has an Italian shower. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and there is plenty of choice. We arrived on 26/12, a public holiday in Spain and to our great surprise the cafeteria was closed. So it is impossible to give you an opinion on this. For a hotel, I find this surprising. At reception, it was impossible to give us the bus timetable to go to Barcelona or the station where it would drop us off. It would be nice if the staff could give us information, or at least have plans or at worst point us to an application. We asked the locals! The good rating will concern the condition of the hotel in general. I will not take into account the staff.

All personel at reception and restaurant are very helpful and cheerfully. Thanks to all of them! Hotel is very clean and warm. You can arrive to Park Guell by taxi with 35-40 euros in 15-20 minutes 😊 Nice and soundness place. The breakfast is very rich. Fresh fruits and a lot of jams 😊Delicious!
