Sødt personale. Men værelset var iskoldt. Vi kom om mandagen og slet ingen varme på værelset. Vi klagede, og til at starte med fik vi dun dyner, klagede igen onsdag aftenog fik at vide at der var forsyningsproblemer fra byen. Først torsdag begyndte varmen at komme på værelset. Opholdet var fra 6. Til og med 13. november 2023.

Ottima location con posizione strategica per visitare le città d'arte toscane più belle.Immersa nel verde , camere spaziose e pulite,cucina ottima,personale attento e cortese.La direttrice molto professionale e gentile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.Insomma abbiamo trascorso una vacanza da sogno.Ci ritorneremo presto!

Ho soggiornato ieri notte in questo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro. Ho approfittato di arrivare direttamente la mattina della domenica per visitare i dintorni. Nonostante sia arrivata prima dell'orario del check-in mi hanno fatto accomodare in camera. Tutto il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile, se sono prodigati per darmi suggerimenti sia per la cena che per le visite. Camera ampia pulitissima e profumata. Colazione abbondante ricca sia dolce che salato, e anche il personale di sala della colazione molto disponibile cortese e accogliente punto posizione ottima sia per girare a piedi Certaldo che per visitare i dintorni. Da tenere in considerazione per un viaggio di piacere.

Un soggiorno gradevolissimo a partire dell'accoglienza di Melanie e Francesca , ma ciò che ha più colpito l'attesa in serata di Mauro, il quale inaspettatamente ci ha accolto con un calice per brindare e festeggiare mii marito per il suo compleanno, pur essendo stati fuori a cena e non presso il loro ristorante. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel!

Una vera sorpresa la coperta dei letti in carta pressata con imbottitura. Se passa Barbieri .Sembrava di essere su una carrozza ferroviaria .pulito. Set cortesia bello e completo. La colazione non degna di un quattro stelle ;prosciutto crudo immangiabile il resto sufficiente solo pane da toast personale in tilt disorganizzazione. Troppo caro. Situato in una palude acquitrino. .chissà le zanzare in estate . Struttura di origine Industriale lontano da ogni servizio. Poco segnalato nel crocevia stradale dove si eregge.
