La ubicación del Parador es inmejorable en un entorno natural extraordinario. Está rodeaba de bosque y sendas con información sobre flora y fauna. Desayuno estupendo. A los baños les hace falta un reacondicionamiento, sobre todo en relación con el ahorro en el consumo del agua.

Una comida pésima y mal elaborada, producto de baja calidad. No me gustó nada el menú degustación, como ejemplo decir que tuvimos que mandar dos veces a calentar las albóndigas de trucha porque estaban súper frías además de poco sabrosas, no salvaría nada, sólo el cava porque ya estaba hecho Para no volver! Lo único que vale la pena son las vistas.

El entorno natural en el que se encuentra el parador de Cervera de Pisuerga es espectacular. Las zonas comunes son amplias y bien distribuidas. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y funcionales y las vistas al embalse magníficas. Las camas estupendas y se come genial. Un 10. Gracias
