Wonderful hotel. Booked for 4 days for Ironman Italy, and service was exceptional; they accommodate for bike storage, early breakfast, late checkin … etc
The hotel is less than a minute walk to the beach and less than 10 mins walk to the bike transition; lot’s of restaurants, supermarkets, shops nearby (waling distance). Room had a wonderful seaview

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit kleinem Hund. Das Team war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sehr gutes Essen, auf Wünsche wird immer eingegangen. 5 Min zum Strand (auch dort sind alle sehr freundlich). Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pessima esperienza. Camere piccole e scarsità di pulizia. Non ci hanno nemmeno rifatto i letti il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo. Il cambio asciugamani avrebbe dovuto essere ogni due giorni e invece non è avvenuto, il cibo è da mensa con poca scelta, pasta scotta e carne alla griglia letteralmente secca , l'ultima sera hanno portato ad alcuni ospiti il dolce (mi pareva fosse quello della sera precedente) e agli altri al posto del dolce hanno servito due palline di gelato. Cortesia zero, la signora alla reception scorbutica. Siamo scappati il giorno prima e ci è stato fatto lo sconto di 9 euro, di cui 4 erano di tassa di soggiorno che ovviamente non erano dovuti . Non tornerò più e lo sconsiglio vivamente

Hotel molto pulito, e tutti molto gentili. Colazione molto abbondante, molto vicino alla spiaggia e al centro. Servizio biciclette ottimo, parcheggio interno. Sicuramente se torno a cervia, tornero al Hotel Rita.

Hotel piccolino, in buona posizione. Struttura decadente, stanze piccolissime tanto da rendere difficile gli spostamenti. Balcone mal tenuto. Bagno inesistente, nella doccia, chiusa con tendina, c'è anche il bidet. Assenza di frigo bar. In generale non pulito. La colazione nel complesso non male.

Aspetto positivi: posizione, pulizia stanza, cucina (tranne le bevande del mattino), comodità letti (compreso il lettino singolo per il bambino che era un letto vero e proprio e non la solita branding aggiuntiva che viene messa all’ultimo)
Aspetto meno positivi: dimensione camera (piccola), servizio in sala non sempre organizzatissimo a nostro avviso.
Aspetto negativo: con ******* avevamo optato per la pensione completa. in reception al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che le bevande non erano però incluse. In sala invece ci è stato detto che un’acqua x pasto era inclusa.. 🤔 conclusione: abbiamo dovuto pagare il bere perché avendo usato un intermediario (*******) per la prenotazione la pensione completa non era di fatto così “completa” e non includeva il bere… .
