Hotel molto pulito. Servizio cortese. Posizione spettacolare. Bagno un po’ piccolo ma tutto era curato. Temperatura ideale. Veramente tutto loro pulito e curato nei dettagli. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Molto buona. Ci tornerò.

Personale sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, piscina molto bella, la colazione su terrazza è eccellente e molto rilassante, camere vista mare , il tutto abbastanza pulito, soprattutto di sera il lungomare è molto silenzioso, quindi si riposa bene, lo consiglio.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e unico difetto riscontrato stanza piccola per 3 adulti. In realtà stanza matrimoniale con aggiunto un terzo letto. Hotel pulito andrebbe solamente rimodernato negli infissi e negli arredi decisamente vintage. Colazione super presso l'hotel Universal a fianco. Tantissima varietà di dolce e salato di ottima qualità. Puoi usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel Universal già compresi nel prezzo della camera(piscina,palestra,bar).

Camera obsoleta, pulizia scarsa e aria condizionata non funzionante , parcheggio molto caro considerando che non è coperto ma solamente all’interno del giardino.Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo pensando fosse particolarmente curato considerando che i gestori sono gli stessi dell’universal, siamo rimasti veramente delusi delle condizioni dell’edificio che anche nei corridoi e lungo le scale è poco pulito. Personale gentile e ottima colazione unici punti a favore. Non credo che torneremo più a soggiornarvi

È la seconda volta che torniamo all’hotel Diplomatic per una vacanza e anche quest’anno si è rivelata un’ottima scelta. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Il ristorante offre un’ampia scelta, veramente buono il cibo e di alta qualità. La piscina è riscaldata e ampia. Per i bambini c’è una sala giochi ben attrezzata e una ragazza che si occupa dell’animazione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Tutto perfetto in particolare la ristorazione dell hotel universal cibi genuini pasta gnocchi fatti in casa con generoso buffet ricco di prodotti freschi semplici ma anche ricercati. Mi sono piaciuti molto Gamberoni e scampi , insalata di polipo primi e secondi di pesce le verdure crude appena tagliate la frutta e le alette di pollo con la paprica ! . La pasticceria è sopraffina. Colazione ottima specialmente i pancakes lo yogurt il pane le marmellate le uova e ovviamente le brioches.La piscina è uno dei motivi per i quali ho scelto questo hotel : molto bella! unica pecca andrebbero controllati maggiormente l'ordine e l'educazione per il rispetto di tutti. Anch'io ho figli adolescenti ma troppi schiamazzi con ragazzi in acqua allo sbando che invadono ampi spazi per giochi di mani anche pericolosi sono fastidiosi inadegiati per un 4 stelle e limitano la libertà degli ospiti che vogliono nuotare o che vogliono riposare

Intanto camere strette per tre persone , porte che si chiudono male , condizionatore rumoroso, isolamento acustico pari a zero, ascensore lento .. conviene fare le scale. Parcheggio auto caro e non incluso, colazione nella media e la titolare per niente gentile.
