Personale molto gentile, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Le camere sono un pò datate ma la pulizia è davvero ottima. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla zona di movida! Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina al coperto, con acqua tiepida che ci ha permesso di farci un bagno nonostante le temperature ancora fresche.

Il mio giudizio è relativo, perchè, come sempre, è tutta una questione di target di clientela e di aspettative. Per quanto mi riguarda, salvo solo la cortesia di quelli che credo siano i titolati e la posizione (prossima al mare), ma per il resto: - camere davvero molto vetuste, che necessiterebbero di una sostanziale ristrutturazione e riammodernata; - una gran puzza proveniente dalle fosse biologiche, immagino; - colazione davvero di basso livello.

Probabilmente, anzi senza se o ma, uno dei peggiori hotel in cui ho pernottato fino ad oggi. Camera fatiscente, personale che definire professionale è offensivo per chi lavora nel turismo. Mai un sorriso. Mai una battuta. Cibo discreto. Colazione banale senza nulla di eccezionale. Excelsior…. Per te è no!

Hotel molto carino, pulito e ben arredato, camere spaziose con balconcino, in posizione centrale al paese e vicinissimo al mare. Personale gentilissimo, i proprietari sono splendidi, sempre sorridenti, Io ho avuto un problema all’ultimo minuto per cui ho dovuto anticipare in tempo zero la partenza , sono stati cordialissimi ed empatici. Colazione ricca, con torte fatte in casa buonissime e tante altre cose. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Spero di poterci tornare presto.

abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking il giorno prima della partenza, pagato molto di + di quello che avremmo speso prenotando direttamente con l'hotel.. tralasciando questo, l'hotel si presenta bene, classico 3 stelle, forse dalle foto in rete e dalle recensioni mi aspettavo qualcosina di più.. ma nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti. personale e titolari molto cortesi, abbiamo scelto b&b quindi provato solo la colazione che comunque è stata abbondante e varia. buona posizione a ridosso del mare. lo consiglierei.

Consiglio hotel Excelsior Cervia, vicino al centro, alla spiaggia, personale cortese, abbiamo avuto un problemino in camera risolto subito! Parcheggio interno, donne delle pulizie molto gentili e veloci! Se passate a Cervia… venite qui! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never seen such nice staff, the manager is very caring for his clients and makes sure we have a perfect stay. It's clean and safe. Food at restaurant is delicious. We really felt well thanks to the kindness of the staff. The beach is accrossed the street, and the pool is great. Easy parking / Great Wifi / Fast elevator TV only in Italian. We will go back for sure.

Reception educatissima, pulizia impeccabile, bel menù sianpranzo che cena con buffet abbondnate. Colazione piu che buona, bellla veranda Da curare la piscina, ed i ragazzi che curano bar e ristorante divrebbero essere piu cordiali e sorridenti. Nei bagni i classicissimi saponi usa e getta sarebbero utili.

Soggiorno breve ma sufficiente per apprezzare questo hotel. Vicinissimo al mare e al centro, camera moderna e ampia con aria condizionata, wifi. Personale molto cortese e affabile. Pulizia al top. Colazione ottima e tavoli subito puliti appena ci si alza. Si nota la cura che i proprietari hanno verso i clienti. Complimenti. Merita sicuramente di ritornare.
