+ Magnifique hôtel avec chambre très spacieuse et au calme (vue sur parc avec un peu de chance lors de la réservation).
Très bon petit-déjeuner. Rapport qualité-prix au top !!
Parking aisé (payant) sur la place à côté de l'hôtel.
- Pas de restaurant à l'hôtel et pas beaucoup de choix / possibilités en ville.

Altought the location and premises is amazing, The airconditioning was not working and the weather was quite hot.
We stayed on the night of June 8.
During the afternoon, We asked staff to print some work docs (out was a business trip). But the staff was quite rude and bevahed as if he was pissed off from our request. It looked like we were begging for charity, while we ended up paying EUR 10 for those pages!

bella location, servizi da migliorare
la struttura è molto bella, situata in un palazzo nobiliare. le camere sono belle, non grandissime, recuperate all'interno del palazzo stesso completamente ristrutturate e molto pulite ma non ben insonorizzate.
i servizi nella media, soprattutto la colazione di livello abbastanza basso: prodotti a buffet confezionati o comunque industriali, parte servita con personale quasi mai presente in sala

Sono stato in questo hotel dal 3 al 4 novembre 2024 con mia moglie. Il nostro è stato un viaggio di necessità, ho prenotato questo posto dopo una ricerca perché volevamo un posto tranquillo. Non è stato così. Avevo chiesto esplicitamente del ristorante al momento della prenotazione, c'è il ristorante, il giorno prima di arrivare ho chiesto di poter prenotare, risposta "non c'è bisogno", quando siamo arrivati ci comunicano che è chiuso. La stanza non era quella prenotata e in quella avuta non funzionavano le luci nel bagno. Dopo una discussione ci cambiano stanza. La seconda camera aveva la doccia in pessime condizioni, doccione rotto, rubinetto doccia che dava solo acqua calda o fredda. A conclusione di tutto la mattina la colazione era da incubo, macchina del tostapane non funzionante, torte di almeno un giorno, cornetti crudi. Siamo andati via. Non hanno avuto neanche il coraggio di chiedere come siamo stati. NB guardate le foto messe.
