我30年歐遊經歷，這是我見過最垃圾酒店！
我住302號房兩晚。
房間35方以上，但房內設備陳舊，傢俱不足，空盪盪的。浴室門堆不動，壞了。供暖氣熱板不行，壞的。花灑架，壞的。床是斜的，左髙右低。床頭無電插座。房間一共衹有三個電插座，但旁邊都沒小台放東西。房單陳舊，噁心。風筒壞了。最可笑的是，房頭燈在房正中！起床頭會硑到燈！！
房間供暖十分差，熱板不熱。厠內紙巾用完不補。
最後一天退房時，客房電梯壞了！

Al reservar pedí una confirmación al hotel y me contestaron que no había ninguna reserva a mi nombre, decidí cambiar el viaje al no contar con la reservacion, (esto ocurrio el 16 septiembre y el viaje estaba pautado para el 27 de Octubre) , y para mi sorpresa me cargaron 2 noches a mi tarjeta...... No se hacen responsables de nada.... Son unos timadores.
