Just an average option during high season in Cesme. Price/performance ok but nothing fancy. They dont even change the shampoo at the bathroom although we asked twice, almost all half bottles. The water gets barely warm to take a hot shower. Rooms need maintenance etc..

In general : do not go to cesme in the season(or ever). You will be charged more than European level for a very bad service. This hotel is not at the beach. So if you want to have access to A beach you have to pay even a lot more to get another terrible hotel. Otherwise you can’t even get in to the beach clubs which has an entry fee of 20-30 euros because they are full. Unbelievable but true. So this was my first and last time in cesme. All over very bad experience. Just leave it to the rich Turkish people who likes to show off and even don’t care about the miserable quality of service and facilities for an irrational price. These people including this hotel don’t know the business. They just own or rent a place to make money using this mad situation in Cesme. Anyone can just open a place and make money there.

Oda geniş güzeldi. Balkonu büyük güzeldi. Otel genel olarak temizdi. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Geceleri eğlence yerlerinden gelen müzik yüksekti.

ik heb in zoveel hotels gebleven maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Namelijk onze geld werd gestolen uit onze kamer door een personeel. En ik heb het niet over een kleine bedrag maar 500 euro en 2000 lira. uit camera beelden is het ook te zien dat het personeel had gestolen en wij hebben ook met meerdere personelen gepraat en zij zeiden dat hij al apart was en dat er vaker klachten over hem werden gemaakt. Uitendelijk hadden wij ook met de manager gepraat van wat kunt u nou voor ons betekenen want uiteindelijk is onze geld wel weg en hij was zo afschuwelijk zo uit de hoogte. Hij sprak ons op een vernederende manier aan net als dat wij aan het liegen waren over het gestolen geld enzovoort. Kortom ze hebben helemaal niks gedaan voor ons behalve discussie uitvoeren met de klant inplaats van de dief. Ik kom hier nooit maar dan ook nooit meer terug en ik raad deze plek niet eens aan mijn slechtste vijand aan.

Good place but the service is not in the same level The reception is always sad face doesnt help, no restaurant, you have to do all by yourself. I will visit it again if the staf and mentality changes. The apeal of the hotel is not that good for 4 star hotel
