Beautiful little boutique, our travel group was large enough to book out all the rooms so it was just us staying which made it feel more comfortable. We were lucky to get a big room on the first floor but other rooms were very small. The rooms were beautiful with great a/c, the bathroom was under the staircase so it was small but still nice. Breakfast was delicious with a full table spread and menu items available for more. The owner was very nice and helpful, the only thing that we found odd being not experienced travelers was when there was a sign with no food or drinks allowed in the only outdoor space they have right outside our rooms meaning we should only eat and drink what we bring in our rooms. There was not much space to hang our clothes and towels so we hung them outside our rooms on the chairs and the owner asked us to remove them, we understand he probably thought it looked messy but our family was the only ones staying there and we had no where to hang our things so we had to figure out how to do it in the room using the doors and tv etc. The location was great but it does not have private parking it has a narrow 1 lane road in front of it and a public parking block at the end of that lane that you get a 50tl discount on the 24hr fee = 200tl.

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had! My wife and I had our excursion to Ephesus cancelled, and the owner of Eflin Haus and his wife helped us rent a car and took us to all the places the tour trip was going on a personal tour. I’ve never experienced this level of personal customer service ever! The room and breakfast was excellent too!

As a family this was the first time coming to Çeşme and we were really happy with our hotel. The staff were very sweet and helpful. The hotel was always clean. The location is very close to everything including shops, restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from the Çeşme Marina. The hotel was a very reasonable price for the location. We definitely will be visiting again

this is a perfectly located little inn in Cesme. It is close to shopping, marina, restaurants and you are close to a taxi stand to get to the beach clubs. The rooms are small, but comfortable and the coffee is great. We enjoyed our stay. the owner is very kind and helpful.

Ich habe das Hotel schlecht bewertet weil mir vieles nicht gefallen hat. Jetzt droht der mit einem Anwalt mich zu verklagen wenn ich meine Bewertung nicht rausnehme. Der Besitzer vergisst das wir in Deutschland eine Meinungsfreiheit haben. Es bleibt jedem selbst überlassen ob er in diesem Hotel buchen möchte.

Sonbahar aylarında ÇEŞME kasabasının essiz güzelligini yaşamak istiyorsanız, merkeze yakınlıgı ve otantik atmosferi ve eski taş evlerin sunumu ile butik otel tarzının size aile ortamı ile sunuldugu bir mekan herkese gönül rahatlıgı ile tavsiye ederiz. Sahibi ve eşi hanımefendi her konuda misafirlerin rahatlıgı için yardımcı olmaya hazır, sabah kahvaltılarında serpme köy kahvaltısı ve orjinal çeşme ezmesini yemenizi tavsiye ederiz. Do not go to this hotel, they are rip offs, we paid 350 euro deposit, our booking was cancelled by the management last minute and sold to someone else assuming at a higher rate. We were only paid 200 euro back it was so challenging to get the money back from them. Lady at the management named nilgün is far too rude. At first they very polite but afterwards they showed their true face. Theres much cheaper butik hotels with indoor pools. Dont get fooled by the nice building and the garden. Take my word seriously these people are after your money, they not proffessional at all.
