Having issue related to Rewards points, Please do the need full, as i spent 3500 USD, i stay around 70 days. but i did not get any rewards points. If i stay this much long time in any other hotel, probably i get around 30,000 Rewards points. And i can stay in any hotel in future by using these points. Regards Rahul

İş seyahati için iş arkadaşlarımız ile gelmiş olduğumuz bu otel kesinlikle tavsiye edilecek bir yer değil. Bir otelden en büyük beklentim saygılı çalışanlardır. Akşam yemeğimizi yerken yanımda ki arkadaşın söylemiş olduğu tavuklu mantarlı makarnasının içinden "Salyangoz" çıktı. Bu durumu ***et sakin bir şekilde karşılayarak garsonlarına belirttik. Garson yemeğin iadesini yapacaklarını üzgün olduğunu söyledi. Fakat kasaya gittiğimiz zaman yemeği yapan Medine hanım yanımıza gelerek iade edilecek bir durum söz konusu olmadığını böyle şeylerin ***et normal olduğunu hatta ukala bir tavırla -mantar nasıl yetiştiriliyor açın da internetten araştırın salyangozun çıkması ***et normal diyerek saygısızca konuştu. Biz Çin'de yaşamadığımızın farkında değil galiba bizim Ülkemizde salyangoz yenmiyor bunun farkında değil. Birdaha restoranlarını kullanacağımı kesinlikle düşünmüyorum.

Odalar iyi, kahvaltı iyi personel davranışı iyi ama bilgi yetersiz. İş için tekrar Kahramanmaraşa gelecek olursam konaklamayı düşünmeyeceğim bir otel. Şehrin merkezine uzaklığıda dezavantaj aslında her gün taksi kullanmak zorunda kaldık

Ailemle iki hafta kaldik ve cok memnun kaldik. Butun personeller cok dusunceli ve cok cana yakindi. Kaldigimiz oda konforlu, genis ve hijyenikti. Otelin alt katinda bulunan Akdo restorant ve cafe konumu cok iyi olmus gercekten disaridan bisey almaya gerek kalmiyordu. Genis menusu ve guler yuzlu, ilgili personeller sayesinde rahat ve keyifle yemekler yiyebiliyoduk. Bu yuzden Ramada by Wyndhami gercekten gönul rahatligiyla öneriyorum.

A new spacious hotel with excellent staff that make the extra effort. Great rooms and breakfast. The best hotel that we have stayed in on our trip through Turkey and Europe.
