Arriving at the hotel, I always ask to see my room; check that everything works (air conditioning + TV..) The gentleman at reception was very reluctant for 10 minutes and agreed to accompany me to check my room.

We needed to rest and had teleworking that we couldn't do!! NO WIFI and internal door lock that doesn't work!!
Pleasant and beautiful room. Perfect bedding!! Excellent breakfast and very pleasant morning person!!
