I am so glad I found this hidden gem of a hotel ! Chalabre is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth it ! First, the hotel owner and staff were fab ! Oliver at the bar was outgoing, cheerful and seemingly omniscient. He recommended the perfect "apéro" (pre-meal beverage) which was like a kir, (I had blackberry), was local, and only 3 Euros !. Another recommendation for the duck for dinner. And a most lovely rose (5 Euro!). Didier went out of his way to assist me to make sure all was well with the stay - very kind and patiently answered all my questions about the locale (and I had a lot!). The people are heart of this hotel, which made my stay so delightful. I read other reviews and was perplexed at some of the comments. The bed - very comfy! Pillows - plump. Shower- nice ! They are eco-conscious, which I like. The room - sparkling clean. Room for my stuff to sprawl across the room. I will stay here again anytime !

Très bon accueil, disponibilité, gentillesse !!! Chambre très propre Petit déjeuner parfait 2 dîners pris en famille très très bons 🤩 Le service très agréable amabilité et gentillesse merci à Melle et M. Nous reviendrons maintenant que nos enfants sont à Chalabre -la très jolie - 🤩☺️ Et Nous remercions Didier…. A bientôt

Le patron est une mine d informations sur la region ,le restaurant est excellent, l accueil cordial et le personnel aux petits soins et tres disponible

Très bien très bon accueil seul soucis c est au niveau intimité les séparations en placo ne permette pas d avoir une totale intimité vue que les chambres sont accolées... Juste pour se reposer et dormir parfait pour un séjour en amoureux pas forcément adapté

Hôtel restaurant au top, super accueil, au petit soin, nous avions un bébé de 3mois, ils nous ont de suite proposé une baignoire, un lit bébé, monter le chauffage qui était déjà largement suffisant. Un hôtel et un restaurant que je recommande, qualité et prix très compétitif pour l’hôtel mais aussi pour le restaurant. Rien à redire. Au top.

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour les randonnées autour. Excellente cuisine. Le chef est le patron de l'hôtel. Personnel très accueillant. Literie confortable et chambre propre. Décoration a besoin de rafraîchissement.
