A nice and quiet location. Traditional inn feeling. More options for breakast than I was expecting. The hot croissants and pan au chocolàt were great.
The best part however was the friendly and welcoming staff. All were kind and full of smiles in every interaction with our little one.
Dinner and drink options also great.
Verry happy with the stay, and will certainly stay here again in the future when visiting the IOW.

We were looking for a family pub after a day out. We came across this pub and absolutely loved it. Lovely and clean inside, bar staff were welcoming and you were not treated as an outsider. As for the food, wow we had venison casserole, hunters chicken etc. it was so nice that we headed there the following day because of the hospitality and quality of food. We will definitely miss this place as we return of holiday.

The White Mouse is always a reliable choice, service is good and quick. We’ve had some exceptional dishes from the specials board over the years. However last night 3 of our party of 8 had the cod fillet in Thai green curry sauce - wow what a dish. The sauce was so flavourful and the fish cooked to perfection. As always lovely friendly staff. Firstly we've never had a disappointing meal here and the staff are always great. Today, 15/04/24 we had lunch. 2 meals, Roasted pork belly and Piri Piri pulled pork loaded fries. We also had a side of Deep fried bri with a dip. Portions are generous so that wasn't really needed, but hey, we like it. Both meals were outstanding good. We're strongly recommended this place.

Everything about this Inn is great. Easy check-In and out, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable and although the the rooms are above a busy pub/resturant, they are not noisy. Excellent choices for breakfast and a large and varied menu for evening meals...all cooked to perfection, and large portions as well. Wonderful views across the fields and hills to the Needles from some rooms and the garden. Perfect location for the Island's attractions too. My friends and I had a really lovely stay here and recommend it highly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wight Mouse Inn. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom and very nice shower. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. We ate in the pub on 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it also. We appreciated the dog friendliness, and the outdoor seating areas. There are lots of areas for walking, hiking and enjoying the incredible views. Parking was available and free. It was just a short drive to many of the tourist attractions. One item that could be improved is the lock/security of the door to the room (we felt reasonably safe, but noted it as a potential safety issue). The lock was not very secure and could easily be picked by a thief. Even so, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Inn for a relaxing, comfortable location with good food and friendly staff.
