Sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Ruhiges Zimmer: Familienzimmer ausreichend groß. Weil Spa-Hotel tolle Bad-Ausstattung (Hsndtücher etc..) Umfassendes Frühstück, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Top Lage fußläufig zum TGV-Bahnhof. Eigener Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel

Je suis vraiment déçu de l'accueil que j'ai reçu en arrivant à votre établissement. Après un trajet de cinq heures depuis tôt le matin, nous souhaitions nous arrêter vers 15h le 15 avril pour nous reposer. En me présentant à l'accueil pour demander the price of a room, j'ai été confronté à deux jeunes filles au comportement très impoli et vulgaire L'une d'elles, brune, et l'autre, portant un manteau et assise de manière désinvolte, me conseillant de faire online booking . Leur attitude méprisante et hautaine a été extrêmement décevante.I do not recommend this establishment.Cela reflète standing de votre établissement.

La chambre moyenne très sombre. Bon petit déjeuner avec une serveuse très sympathique. Un budget globalement élevé pour la prestation sachant que voir sur la facture finale le prix du parking (extérieur) pour 2 vélos nous reste en travers de la gorge !

Très belle accueil et confort. Chambre très spacieuse, très bien équipé et d’un excellent confort. La formule « soirée étape » est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très varié et savoureux ! Très belle surprise cet hôtel de charme à Sézanne.

Joli hôtel avec personnel aux petits soins que soit à la réception ,au SPA ou au restaurant. Nous avons passé un séjour reposant grâce au SPA qui est une bulle de détente. La chambre confort est très agréable et au calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux . Belle découverte nous reviendrons.

Un etablissement tres propre , une tres belle chambre avec une tres belle salle de bain , l'équipement est bien. Lit tres confortable.
Les 2 petits trucs qui manque mini frigo et des mouchoirs en chambre aussi top de chez top pour le prix

Chambre très agréable et bien décorée . On a eu la surprise d’avoir des pétales de roses sur notre lit, entourés de serviettes en forme de cygnes, attention délicate qui nous a touché. Le personnel est très agréable et compétent, à l’écoute de ses clients

Stopped here on route back from the Alps. 10 minute walk to the medieval city. Pleasant restaurant, limited menu but the fish was excellent, as was the Cremant du Bourgogne. Clean and quiet rooms. Private parking. Staff helpful. Would definitely recommend.
