The staff are very helpful & cooperative. Immediate attention given by them, guided well. Hotel situated at prominent market place with hills view we enjoyed a lot

The location is perfect, all the tourist sites are walking distance. But the price of the hotel is overpriced (reasonable price would be at-least half of it. Parking is about 400 m away from the hotel.

Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Big rooms, great view of the giant field and town. Bathroom could use deep cleaning. Would absolutely stay there again with my family and actually already have on 2 occasions. Decent food. Great location for shops and restaurants. Recommend

Hotel City Heart is situated in the main Market of Chamba and close to LaxmiNath ***dir. Very decent & economical Hotel for stay. Only thing missing in room is electric points for charging your phones & other gadgets. And if they also need to add electric kettle in the room. Also do not eat at hotel restaurant. Food is ok but it is exorbitant. Better try street food.
