Best customer service I’ve ever had at a Hotel Stay before. Jamaali was incredibly helpful getting me situated even though it was super late at night. If you’re thinking of staying in the area honestly Jamaali alone makes it worth while. But the hotel is incredibly clean and new as well. Don’t hesitate!

I’ve visited this Marriott a few times for work and it never disappoints. If you have a higher level status, you’ll also get access to the M club, which is stellar too. There’s breakfast, snacks, beverages, including alcoholic, and light dinner offered daily. Mareya and Patricia were wonderful servers during my time there, and while I did not catch the names of the others, they were gracious as well :)

Nice stay with comfortable rooms and good amenities. I liked having access to their cozy M Lounge for breakfast and appetizers every single evening. Mareya and Josh were so welcoming each evening in the lounge after a stressful day of work.

Platinum member. Had a really bad experiences at this Marriott. Front desk didn't acknowledge status, gave false info that m club breakfast is until 11 when it's actually until 10. Had asked multiple time to confirm and was told m club BF is until 11. M club is not stocked. They didn't respond cordially to questions. They don't even keep coffee creamers. We missed breakfast first day due to incorrect information. They asked us to pay $18 per person in the Neighbouring restaurant. Have to ask for them. . Evening snacks were not replenished so if you reach after 6.30 u might not find anything! Coffee in m club is terrible , maybe as they want customers to pay extra for Starbucks. No veg options for snacks. Microwave in the snack store is filthy and probably not cleaned for years. Same for furniture in common areas with layers of dust. Will not stay here again. First Marriott where I was disappointed.
