This host is not worth it, it’s 4 stars!!!! Disappointing welcome, zero point service!!! Except the bartender!! Unqualified staff especially the receptionist!!!! I do not recommend!!!

The hotel is nice, the water in the swimming pool is heated so it is very comfortable, you can see the mountains, and the hotel staff are very nice. But it is not on the main road, so GPS cannot navigate to the door of the hotel, it takes time to find it.

En dessous des précédents séjours. Nos réponses au questionnaires concernant l'équipement de la chambre n'ont pas été pris en compte. Petit déjeuner décevant, il manque des ingrédients non réapprovisionnés... Distributeur de savon hs et non remplacé(il faut une clé spéciale!) Le spa jacuzzi: est-ce normal que vous soyez confortablement installés et que deux hommes viennent et s'installent dans le jacuzzi EN SLIP en précisant qu'ils ont oublié leurs maillots, qu'ils venaient de faire un plancher dans un chalet et étaient crevés! Nous ne sommes plus retourné au spa. Personnel au top comme d'habitude.

Super Lage mit der Skibushaltestelle um die Ecke und Ausganspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr nettes und gastorientiertes Personal. Schönes altehewürdiges Hotel mit modernen Elementen. Praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer mit der Möglichkeit sich Tee/ Kaffee zu kochen und Platz im Kühlschrank für fransösische Leckereien, die man mit heim nehmen will. Arbeitsmöglichkeit am Schreibtisch mit guter Beleuchtung und Relaxmöglichkeit im bequemen Sofastuhl. Schöner Ausblick zum Mont Blanc und Aiguille du midi. Abschließbare Schränke im Skikeller. Parkmöglichkeiten draußen und in der Garage. Schöne gemütliche Spa mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirpool, im Sommer daußen Swimmingpool.

Avoid - I have stayed in a variety of places in the alps ranging from the cheapest small rooms & hostels through to 4/5 star as I got a little bit older. I never expect perfection but do expect value for the money I pay. Despite prices in chamonix being expensive in context, the money for this hotel does not match the service & I will never return. This is despite breakfast being good and a great view of the mountains. On check in we were given initially the smallest possible room despite paying for a larger one. Eventually we were offered an upgrade after complaining. I have seen this tactic many times in hotels trying to give the worst room to clients who arrive late evening & look happiest & least likely to complain. There were many empty rooms in the hotel and no need to do this to us. The spa: It isn’t a spa, just a sauna and hot tub. 20 euros per person per night for the spa for hotel guests is false advertising. No other hotel does this. For hotel customers it should be free. The hotel restaurant & bar is also far too expensive and many restaurants in chamonix town are cheaper. To give example, most bottles of wine are over 50 euros. A Main course is mostly over 40 euros. A vodka & coke 19 euros (!). These extortionate prices forced us onto the bus every evening where we ironically found far better value at even premium restaurants in chamonix town.

- non è in centro, necessaria la macchina, non vi è alcun servizio navetta o taxi fornito dall'hotel. Abbiamo chiamato una sera la reception per richiedere un taxi e mi è stato risposto di scaricare un'app dal telefono perché loro non potevano far nulla
- le ragazze in reception non capiscono l'inglese e quando lo capiscono ti rispondono comunque in francese
- servizio pulizia scadente: nessuna pulizia delle camere il secondo giorno e per di più quando l'abbiamo segnalato in reception non vi è stato nessun cambiamento
Per il prezzo pagato non ne vale la pena

Perfect spot to access the train into town and the ski bus. Great hotel, did feel that breakfast was over priced but our evening meal was good quality and fairly priced. Room was clean and modern with great facilities. Would definitely return!
