The hotel's service is very comprehensive and warm~ The room is clean and the bar is very, very good! ! The location is on a hillside, and just down the road is the small town of Chamonix, where you can find everything~ A good choice for TMB hiking!

Accueil et personnel sympa Ambiance sympa mais les chambres ne sont pas top Pas de penderie , pas de deuxième table de nuit , pas de miroir Le bouton de commande de la lumière est dans l'entrée du coup compliqué d'aller jusqu'au lit la nuit Petit déjeuner très bien , copieux et varié L'emplacement est bien aussi on peut aller à pied au centre

I loved the location of the property it was perfect! However the staff were not very friendly and wouldn't be of much service to you. They would just offer you the bare minimum and wouldn't offer you a welcoming, friendly persona that you should have when staying at a hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Chamonix. Personnel agréable. Hotel vivant où il se passe toujours quelque chose Les ascenseurs sont d’une autre époque, il faut savoir attendre un peu Cela fait plaisir de voir un restaurant où le personnel est au complet, les buffets sont extraordinaires. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. Nouveau restaurant, de spécialité italienne, qui remplace avantageusement la carte des spécialités à base de fromage , que l’on trouve partout dans les restaurants de Chamonix Pour le rapport qualité prix, c’est une très bonne référence sur Chamonix

Opted for a change this year as I usually stay at the hotel Richmond. This hotel is centrally located, clean and comfortable with lots of dining opting and a crazy bar scene - it’s Party time every day from 4pm. It’s a bit pricy but you pay for what you get. This holiday was let down by the weather, not much in the way of blue bird skiing on this trip

Staffs here are very nice but the room itself lack facilities...for 3 days Ive been asking for a boiler and tomorrow im leaving the hotel and still no boiler!!!the minimum a person must have in a cold place like this...nofacial tissues....deceived by the hotel room!!!
