推薦一下霞慕尼的這家酒店，格蘭德，就在小鎮中心街道臨河，離纜車站步行幾分鐘。但我推薦原因不是位置，是難得硬件條件好的酒店，服務這麼得體和用心。因為酒店在中心，霞慕尼很多街道10:30-6:00限車進入，很多路段又是狹窄的單行，我昨天在繞了幾條路無果情況下打電話給酒店，服務人員很清晰的給我GPS座標，一路指引我開到酒店私人停車場，讓工作人員去接應我。到了之後，很貼心的介紹，聊天，當問我要不要預訂一下當地好吃的晚餐時，我説，不需要了，我要控制體重……前台女士幽默的自嘲説，哦，你怎麼也我們法國女人一樣了，錯過了多少美食！入住時問我來自哪裡？説北京是個大城市吧，我們衹有 1 萬人而已……知道我休息下要去SPA又貼心的給我畫地圖，讓我回房間休息換衣服。而今早，當酒店服務人員給我端上來做的Omelette和咖啡，看着擺盤和拉花，這真是我吃過自助早餐裏最有誠意的了，感覺每一分鐘都被舒適的用心對待了，這種服務才是最好的體驗！而酒店裝修風格也是我喜歡的老式的，但是也是明媚的，乾燥的，有漂亮露台能看到雪山的。

Très bel établissement, personnel à l’écoute, professionnel et très sympathique. Belle vue sur le Mont Blanc. Très bien situé, en sortant de l’hôtel nous sommes directement au centre de Chamonix Nous recommandons cette adresse sur Chamonix.

We enjoyed everything about our week long stay at The Grand Hotel Des Alpes! The location is ideal! The center of everything! The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable-I am picky about pillows and liked them. Breakfast was delicious every morning; homemade pastries, crepes, omelets, and everything else in between! The afternoon appetizers, treats and cocktails were a perfect little touch to hold us over until dinner. We also relaxed in the wonderful spa every afternoon following our ski days-the hot tub was actually hot (which I find rare in Europe). But, our favorite part of our experience was the staff! They were friendly, helpful and kind. The service was impeccable and always delivered with a smile! They made several reservations and recommendations of all kinds for us. They made us feel very comfortable and special. We will be back again!

Personale accogliente ed estremamente gentile . Camera molto elegante e pulita , colazione assolutamente approvata , buonissime le crêpes e il buffet di dolci pomeridiani di ritorno dalle piste . Unica pecca la spa , bisognerebbe avere qualcuno che controlli per il rispetto del silenzio , garantendo un profondo relax . Ottimi i massaggi

Excellent accueil , de surcroît le personnel très attentionné, situation géographique on ne peut mieux , dommage pour un 5 étoiles l’absence de navette le soir à disposition du client , surtout quand l’hôtel ne possède pas de restaurant. Chambre rénovée et très propre.je recommande.

Perfect location, right downtown. Great staff with a bus that takes you wherever you need to go ski. Hooked us up with a guide to ski Auguille Du Midi, which was an amazing experience. Right down by all the food. Everyone was great. Highly recommended.

Nous y avions passé Noël il y a 5 ans, notre expérience à l'époque était déjà très bonne. Entretemps, les chambres ont été restaurées, très bonne literie, ... notre expérience est toujours aussi excellente. L'équipe toujours à l'écoute, disponible à vous aider et à vous conseiller, le teatime est toujours généreux et les omelettes au petit déjeuner un véritable délice. Position centrale. Nous y reviendrons !
