Drury Inn & Suites Champaign

Super good breakfast and happy hours at night. I'd like to recommend my frds to come here.

Wonderful stay!

The staff was very rude and disrespectful to both us and our children- the facility was under renovation and we asked if we could play games in the lobby/food area and they would not let us hang out past 10 pm- they kept saying we were being too loud and talked to us as if we were children. The food was not high quality like the other Drury that we have stayed in, it should be called the dreary inn instead due to the terrible guest services we had!

I have stayed at any number of hotels over the years but I have landed on staying at Drury Inn and Suites exclusively if it is possible. They offer the best breakfast I have ever had for free. They also offer a free meal at 5:30pm. During that time, they also offer complimentary alcoholic beverages if a person wants that. Having a family, it is a huge savings for us to get quality free meals (there are even gluten free options). We would have to pay a lot to eat out in local restuarants. The only reason I would not give this particular location a 5 star rating is because there was construction underway. We didn't have access to the spa (my wife was really looking forward to that). That was a short term problem but also speaks to the fact that they are upgrading to higher standards. I would definitely stay there again.

It was clean

Hotel is under construction, which was not a problem for me. However, the entire place smelled horrible like sewage and I couldn’t figure out if it could have been from the construction. Overall the room was comfortable. Staff service I found was neutral. The property is dated for the price they are charging, hopefully the remodel is to fix that.

I was told the building was on a construction that's understandable I didn't care about that I was also told there would be no noise at night that was a lie all night long and they were moving things around banging and clanging at one point it sounded like they dropped a semi trailer and the whole building shook at about 1:30 in the morning. Also the semi-trailers are parked sporadically throughout the entire parking lot of this hotel I ended up backing into one and smashing my back window and putting a dent in the back of my SUV once this happened the front desk person literally laughed and said you're the third person that's done that So if I'm the third person that's backed into one of these trailers maybe you should not let people park there and rope this area off? I just got the impression that they just didn't care The room was over $200 and there was no spa noise the pool was open but it was outdoors and it was 40° out It felt like I got charged over considering the fact that the building was on a construction and it was not a pleasant location to stay at at all. We always stay at the Drury inn because we like the kickback and the drinks and the staff is usually wonderful The housekeeping at this particular hotel was great It was the front desk who was the issue and the fact that they are still letting people park and getting their vehicles damaged by these giant semi trailers that they have working on the hotel.
