Der Service war top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Die Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Das Spa ist etwas klein, wenn es viele Besucher hat.

Superbe hôtel, plein de charme avec une jolie décoration, le Personnel est sympathique et attentif, les spa est super et joliment décoré, très propre et varié. Le repas du soir au restaurant était parfait. La chambre cosi tout confort avec une petite attention à notre arrivée.

Very clean and tidy, very cosy. Amazing spa which was so clean and relaxing. Delicious food in the stylish restaurant and great breakfast. Lovely little touches all throughout the hotel to enjoy your stay. Would love to come back to this place one day

Les chambres sont belles, très propres et bien insonorisées. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, a quelques pas des restaurants et des commerces. Le petit train pour se rendre à la station s’arrête devant l’hôtel pour ceux qui n’ont pas le courage de descendre à pied (même si ce n’est pas très loin). Le spa est absolument magnifique. Une mention spéciale pour les petites attentions qui font une grande différence : un petit goûter est offert (avec des gâteaux maison!) après le ski, ainsi qu’un petit thé durant la soirée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tout visiteur.

Malheureusement une nuitée dans une chambre très jolie à 520 Francs suisses avec jacuzzi qui au final n'est pas dans la chambre mais attenant: il faut sortir sur le palier de la chambre dans le couloir pour accéder à un balcon vitré d'une vitre sans-teind avec ouverture qui laisse voir le jacuzzi aux autres résidents du même étage (3 enfants se sont amusés à regarder par cette ouverture). Ensuite réveil au beau milieu de la nuit par le camion de livraison (j'ai crû qu'il avait foncé dans l'hôtel), tremblements des escaliers(?) lors du déchargement, plusieurs allées et retour résonnants dans un capharnaüm impressionnant dans la chambre. Au matin, réveil par les douches et WC de la chambre voisine (ils étaient 5, imaginez!)... Franchement, je déconseille à ce prix cela doit au moins être calme. Sinon, le personnel est très sympa et la chambre vraiment jolie.

I stayed for 3 nights. Service was excellent. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, shower is nice and warm. The air in Champery is very clean you just feel invigorated breathing. The spa is something else! Hamam, sauna, warm relaxing pool with massage, cold pool, Scottish showers, included in the standard accommodation price. Breakfast is quite good (maybe add fried eggs besides boiled eggs), coffee selection is great and the bread is amazing.
